This report is summary of studies conducted by specialist under the coordination of Dr. Akira Kohsaka. The first part of the report provides an overview, prepared by Dr. Kohsaka, of the issues in the Pacific region as awhole. The sond part consist of executive summary reports of individual countries/regions submitted by specialist from each PEEC member economy.
