They are empowering leaders that has written empowerment articles.  Take an example of Chapter 21 by Michael Eisner, Chairman and CEO of Walt Disney Company.  In this chapter he wrote about creative leadership and his 5 recommendations which some of them are: “Remember that the only way to succeed creatively is to fail” and ”Synergy can be the single most important contributor to profit and growth in a creative company”.&#13;
