There are increasing number of women entering the labor market for employment over the world. Women nowadays constitute some 41 percent of the world's force and predominate in the service sector. Yet, it is disheartening to note that they continue to suffer gender disrimination in the labor market. A great majority of woman in the service sector are concentrated in low paid, low status, low skilled and non-standard or atypical jobs.
