This article desribes the process strategies that turnaround change agents can use in facilitating change readiness, adoption and institutionalization. Examples of each startegy are taken from actual cases of such notable corporations as British airways, Chrysler, GE, GM, Toyota, Whirpool and Xerox. Strategies and tactics useful in facilitating change are discussed in terms of their appropriatness for crisis and non-crisis situations.
