This is a response to an earlier article in this journal. It argues that: Quaestionnaire approaches to defining organizational culture are flawed and reflect the cultural values of the researcher. Much of the literature confuses the readers. An Ethnographic approach yields a less biased result in that few a priori assumptions are made.
