Process strategies for turnaround change agents :



This paper describes the process strategies that turnaround change agents can use in facilitating change readinesss, adoption and institutionalization. Examples of each strategy are taken from actual cases of such notable corporation as British Airways, Chrysler, GE, GM, Toyota, Whirpool and Xerox. Strategies and tactics useful in facilitating change are discussed in terms of their appropriateness for crisis and non crisis situations.
