Feedback-Seeking Behaviour of Subsiary Presidents



Not with standing their concern with intra-MNC control mechanism, scholars have overlooked the complementary phenomenon of self-regulatory behaviour by subsidiaries. Utilizing dat from 374 subsidiaries of 75 MNCs, we address this deficiency by testing hypotheses regarding the impact of subsidiary context, control context, and individual characteristics on feedback-seeking behaviour of subsidiary presidents.
