This article will discuss the linking between dynamic competitive strategy and internal architecture change through re-engineering (process re-engineering, business re-engineering or business scope re-engineering) and it will argue that by developing an effective internal communication process during the first stages of re-engineering this will help to increase employee buy-in (at all levels), process that will give a distinct competitive advantage to an organization.
