The APO and the National Productivity Council of India co-organized the International Forum on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Delhi, India, 10-12 April 2001.
This volume is a compilation of contributions to and discussion during the confrerence and provides documentation of the experiences of countries in examining the present and potentioal implications of the policies and strategies for accelerated growth and enhancement of the SME competitiveness in the knowledge economy.
