This publication is outcome of "Standard, Productivity and Innovation Board" of APO study meeting, 3 - 5 December 2002, at Singapore. This meeting held is to review the lates trends in sectoral productivity measurement methodologies and the application of measures in developing strategies at both sectoral and and enterprise level. The meeting set out to address the design of robust and technically sound measures and measurement systems in such a way that they would capture the interest of decision-makers at all level.
This volume is a compilation of contribution to, and discussions within, the study meeting. It will be useful to both measurement practitioners at all level and to those who have responsibility for improving performance.
