<note>It is important no to confuse an intelligible message with a massage without substance. There is a tendency to do this because, after intensive research, many authors do not succeed in making their results intelligible. There is a tendency for the degree of unitelligibility to be directly proportional to the degree with wich the message is taken seriously.
In view of this, there is reason to warn readers who believe that the degree of intelligibility is inversely proportional to the substance of the message.
Based on many year’s practical experience, the aouthor has systematised a trend in--especially Scandinavian--management tradition which consists of "employee commitment". The author call this penomenon "Employeeship". He intoduces the phenomenon in such a way that the message hits right home--with all employees, including tghe designated management.
It is no less than a stroke of genius that message is both serious, intelligible and filled with methods to increase one’s own awarenes and promote Employeeship.
Many years’ work on personal and management development, organisational and strategic development leads to the aouthor’s message: " How to keep the momemntum". In this original knowledge and insight wich the past few decades have given us about the maxim that "everyone on the payroll has shared responsibility form aking the management process work". (text cited from Professir Erick Johnsen’s review)
