The Seven Innovation Tools program focuses on building an 'out of the box' thinking approach to generate creative and ibbovative ideas. Participants will be exposed to creativity process, tools and techniques as well as strategies on how to generate ideas and solutions to solving problems. This tool-based program provides participants with simple yet powerful innovation system.
This program wil show how participants can create a ’permissive environment’ to support an innovation culture at the unit or departement levels, at the same time formulating a vision and objectives for an innovative culture in the workplace. Participants will be shown how to identify innovation initiatives, formulate action plans and prepare a unit or departemntal roadmap in managing an innovative culture.
From a leadership perspective, participants will learn that they need to insipre and influence their subordinates to practice thiking techniquees and tools at the work place. Participants will need to persuade subordinates to pusue and practice process improvement through innovation in their own work areas. The program will also improve participants’ ability to make quick and effective decision in order to meet today’s business challenges.(text cited from the Introduction)
