Exceutives in Europe are increasingly recognising the importance of integrating women into their organisations. This research describes the initiatives that European companies are taking to inspire women at work.
There are numerous practices and processes that impact the employee’s experience of work, their capacity to reach full potential and to make a contibution to their organisation. The focus in the study is on the practices and processes that can have a specific issue that women can potentially face. Gendered practices and processes also include those processes that potentially encourage men to change their behaviour and/or attitudes.
