Stamping Division is one of the factory owned by PT TMMIN, where the Division is making press parts for various vehicles. Those press part will be sent to some customers Stamping such as Welding Karawang PT HMMI/PT Sugity, etc. In this case, the author raised the issue of press parts for the production of PT HMMI/PT Sugity the side member 6111.2 BY (hino truck doors/dyna). To produce tlis side member PT TMMIN use two big line in Stanrping, ie AAI Line and H Line. So far all the activities carried out production order Stamptng using kanban (pull system). But for part 61111.2 BY the ordering system haven't use kanban system, it still using push system. The written of the final task is for implementing ordering pull system on side member 61111.2 BY PT HMMI.
