While SILkargo’s strategy business itself did not change significantly each time period. Yet getting the excellent and high value customers target, as stated in Corporate Strategy, will become difficult if SILkargo still not thinking an innovation strategy. The problem of this thesis is how to designed a new form of strategy at SILkargo due to logistics industry’s market condition. This thesis was using Blue Ocean Strategy method. The objective of this thesis is to formulate six path framework, strategy canvas, four actions framework, ERRC grid and sequences of Blue Ocean Strategy. This thesis was an applied research with descriptive analysis and qualitative approach. The results of this thesis are new strategy canvas with new value curves which eliminate asset ownership adding, reduce rate and global name, raise network, IT and information system, create vendor management and safety. Thesis also proposed several activities such as automation, control system and vendor management.
