<note>At the time of the current era of globalization, every company should be able to compete with competitors in order to survive. Is very vulnerable to those who engaged in it to be able to compete if they cannot satisfy customers because satisfaction is closely associated with loyalty. Entered the era of ASEAN 2015, each company is required to be able to have a competitive advantage in the face of increasingly fierce competition later. Sales of batik that increasing every year, this has a special attraction for examination, to that end, the authors are interested in creating a research against one of the batik shop, by taking Batik Keris at Mall Taman Anggrek as research material, with price as the independent variable (X1) and satisfaction as the independent variable (X2) to loyalty as the dependent variable (Y). This research is done by spreading the questionnaire to 50 respondents. Through the data processing with PASW 18.00 is known that price as independent variable (X1) and satisfaction (X2) have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) either partially or simultaneously. With the linear regression equation model is Y = 3.968 + 0.254 (X1) + 0.402 (X2).<br></note>
