Generally, an organization becomes learning habitat which is process of transfer knowledge happened. This condition is also naturally happened in school as one of organization form. School as learning organization uses knowledge as tools to improve student competencies. This research investigate learning habitat as a place where is transfer knowledge happen among the school stakeholder. From the case study it is found out climate of trust, habit of learning and organization system become important component to build that habitat. School’s leaders also give big influence for the stakeholders to keep learning by encouraging, controlling, being role model for them. Supporting by giving changes and regulating to keep learning, the atmosphere of learning will be formed. Individual and group approach from school management team to the teachers and other school members, improve the passion and willingness to learn. By nurturing these conditions, learning habitat in a school will be happened.
