Influence communication, commitment, and organizat



Employees and the company are the two parties need each other and each has a purpose. To seek integration between enterprise goals and objectives of employees, need to know what the needs of each party in order to create the leadership and employee productivity. Employee needs can be met through the job sought. If an employee wants fulfilled all his needs, he has to achieve job satisfaction and it will be created if an employee has a communication, commitment, and organizational climate on the company. hypothesis as follows: Communication Variables have an influence on employee job satisfaction Pacific Hotel Balikpapan, Commitment Variables have an influence on employee job satisfaction Pacific hotel Balikpapan, organizational climate variables have an influence on employee job satisfaction pacific hotel Balikpapan, andVaribel Communication, commitment, organizational climate simultaneously have an influence on employee job satisfaction Pacific Hotel Balikpapan. Research methods by using a multiple linear regression analysis with a sample size of 100 respondents The results obtained by the analysis it can be concluded that hipotesis1, hypotheses 2, 3 and hypothesis 4 hippotesis have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction is communication, commitment and organizational climate has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. this supports the theory of Davis (1996), Edy Sutrisno (2009), Gilmer (1996), Fred Luthans (2002), Friedrich, (2009)
