Entrepreneurial Education is important to be implemented to emerge the entrepreneurial intention among students. This study was conducted to measure the factors that influence entrepreneurial intention among students. The factors referred to include internal factors and environmental factors (external). The objectives of this study are : to know the influence of a Need for Achievement to personality, to know the Influence of Self Efficacy to Personality, to know the Influence Availability of Information on Entrepreneurial Environmental, to know the influence of Social Networks on Ownership Environmental, to know the Influence of Access to Capital Environmental, to know Influence of Demographic on Student Entrepreneurial Intention, to know Influence of Personality on Student Entrepreneurial Intention, and to know the influence of the Environment Effects on Student Entrepreneurial Intention. The Data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 405 respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with software SMART-PLS. In the analysis of the initial model, obtained seven indicators is unreliable which less than 0.50. The result of this study are (1) Need for Achievement have positive significant influence on Personality, (2) Self Eficacy have positive significant influence on Personality, (3) Entrepreneurial Information have positive insignificant influence on Environment, (4) Social Networking have positive significant influence on Environment, (5) Accessibility of Capital have positive insignificant influence on Environment, (6) Demographic have positive insignificant influence on Entrepreneurial Intention, (7) Personality have positive significant influence on Entrepreneurial Intention, and (8) Environment have positive significant influence on Entrepreneurial Intention.
