Knowledge and awareness of business ethics for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME), before getting big, is very importance to Good Corporate and doing clean business in the global environment. It finds that entrepreneurs are not guided by any specific business ethics that is implemented in a code of conduct (COC), and SME must decide for themselves what is right (Robinson and Mescht). Indonesia Business Link (IBL) developed and guided a COC that complies with the International Rule and business ethics that generally accepted such SA 8000. Treatment and increasing the awareness of the business ethics will be done by socialization of code of conduct for the entrepreneur. The objectives of the researches are to measure the effectiveness the socialization of COC done in the class, and can the code of conduct be socialized. These researches were done in Bali and Makasar, Indonesia for export oriented SME. The finding is that code of conduct can be socialized. By experimental research (Campbell and Stanley), Classical Pretest-Posttest Design will be used, that is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. It can be seen that the score of pre and post test conducted during socialization increased significantly. The mean is that the Code of Conduct is more understood by entrepreneur in socialization. After understanding of COC, it is hoped that cleaner and more proper business will be conducted by SME. The activities also will be replicated to the other city of Indonesia. The activities have important result that business ethics should be socialized in the beginning of the business since small.
