PENGARUH PERSEPSI HARGA, KUALITAS MAKANAN, SERVICE



The
objectives of this study is to know: 1) Is price perception has positive
influence on satisfaction, 2) Is quality of food has positive influence on
satisfaction, 3) Is servicescapes has positive influence on satisfaction, Is
location has positive influence on satisfaction, 5) Is satisfaction has
positive influence on, 6) Is has positive influence on word of mouth.


The data collection
in this study is done using quistionare to the students of University ABC in
study program management, who have visited XYZ restaurant. The numbers of the
respondents are 154 people. This study is using PLS-SEM approach with the help
of SmartPLS tools to evaluate the outer model and inner model.


The finding
of this study is that price perception and location do not have positive
influence on student satisfactions. On the other hand, the servicescapes and
the quality of the food  have positive
influence on students satisfaction. Furthermore, satisfaction has positive
influence on loyalty as well as loyalty has positive influence on word of
mouth. Contribution of this study can provide input to XYZ restaurant supervisor to manage to make it better. In addition,
the
results of
this
study can also be input to the local restaurant
manager based Indonesian
food in order to improve
its performance so that it can compete
on a global level.
