Peran Komponen Extraversion dalam Personality dan



This research is
elaborating the relationship between intrinsic factors that is represented by
extraversion components of personality and perceived organizational support in
driving employee intention to share knowlege. The main research questions is
which factor that dominantly drive knowledge sharing intention. A survey of is
conducted and quantitative data is analyzed using structural equation modeling.
The result shows that perceived organizational support has a stronger effects
in influencing knowledge sharing intention compare to  extraversion components of personality. After
elaborative presentation of data analysis, discussion and further research are
provided.
