Rancangan Penyempurnaan Strategi dan Sistem Manaje



Due
to inability to optimize the high potential and exclusivity as one among the
oldest Indonesian state-owned-company, especially during the 2005-2009’s
period, PT X (“the company”) has
experiences a diminishing overall performance and creating a complicated and
systemized problem.



Corporate
turn around strategy, which has been implemented since October 2009, has
effectively accelerated almost all of the major company’s performance in year
of  2010 and 2011.  But to make the company be more sustained in
many years to come, there is a need to equip the company with a more qualified,
modern, prospective, performance and knowledge-based human resources management
which could create an optimum value-added to the company.



The
proposed performance management system, which incorporate employee background,
competency, experience and individual performance, will  improve the entire corporate value which also
be used as a bridge to the gap between current and expected condition.
