Most people have no idea whether they're paid fair

The article focuses on the failure of companies to communicate clearly
about employee compensation and if employees are paid fairly. It states
employee engagement is correlated with how valued employees feel about
their employee and their perceptions of compensation. It mentions that
two-thirds of employees paid the market rate believe they are underpaid.
It reports that employees who feel they are underpaid are more likely
to leave a company and talks about the need for transparency in wages.
