An interview with the researcher Rebecca Spencer is presented.
Particular focus is given to her research on why "sleeping on" decisions
doesn't lead to better choices. Additional topics discussed include her
work at UMass Amherst, how sleep helps our brain do some processing and
the notion of mandatory naps during workdays.
