ORIENTASI KARIR KARYAWAN PADA PUSAT PERBELANJAAN mixed material bibliography Lombok STM PPM Manajemen 2016 18p; tabs; pics; refs Abstrak Orientasi karir merupakan satu pusat bagian untuk mengukur konsep dasar karir  yang dapat dioperasionalisasikan dengan bantuan  Inventarisasi Orientasi Karir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan orientasi dalam memilih karir pada karyawan di pusat perbelanjaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan penjualan pada pusat perbelanjaan Banjarmasin sejumlah 268 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling, dengan rumus Slovin ditentukan sampel penelitian sejumlah 74 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen (validitas dan reliabilitas), statistik deskriptif, dan uji hipotesis (uji Kruskall-Wallis), dengan program SPSS 20.0 for Windows. Hasil uji Kruskall-Wallis menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan orientasi karir karyawan tenaga penjual  dalam memilih karir nya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan orientasi dalam pemilihan karir tenaga penjual, hal ini berarti bahwa ketiga kelompok karyawan yaitu sales bagian pakaian, bagian makanan dan bagian peralatan memiliki orientasi karir yang sama terhadap lima dasar orientasi karir sebagai pertimbangan.   Kata Kunci: Karir, Orientasi, Tenaga Penjual   Abstract   Career orientation is one to measure basic career consept. The purpose of this study was to know the oriented difference in choosing a career salespeople between employees as sales at the supermarket. The population in this study are 268 of sales person Duta Mall Banjarmasin. The sampling using proportionate  random sampling technique and the sample with Slovin formula, determined number of 74 respondents. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using the test instrument (validity and reliability), descriptive statistic, and hypothesis testing (Kruskall-Wallis test), using SPSS 20.0 for Windows. Results of Kruskall-Wallis test showed that there was no difference in the orientation of sales employees , in choosing a career as a salespeople. This study there are no difference in the orientation of sales people career choice, it means that the three groups of sales employees have the same orientation of the five indicators of consideration.
