 <note>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap &lt;span&gt;kinerja pegawai &lt;i&gt;frontliner&lt;/i&gt;, studi pada cabang Bank Kalimantan Selatan yang berada di wilayah Banjarmasin&lt;/span&gt;. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian &lt;i&gt;explanatory&lt;/i&gt; &lt;i&gt;research&lt;/i&gt;. Unit analisis&lt;/span&gt; dalam penelitian ini&lt;span&gt; adalah pegawai &lt;i&gt;frontliner&lt;/i&gt; di lingkungan Kantor Cabang Bank Kalimantan Selatan wilayah Banjarmasin, dengan responden yang digunakan sebanyak 58 orang pegawai&lt;/span&gt; dengan teknik sampling s&lt;i&gt;ensus.&lt;/i&gt; &lt;span&gt;Pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala &lt;i&gt;likert&lt;/i&gt; &lt;/span&gt;dan alat analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi &lt;span&gt;dan motivasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai &lt;i&gt;frontliner&lt;/i&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; Secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, begitu juga variabel motivasi berpengaruh secara positif dan &lt;span&gt;signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai &lt;i&gt;frontliner&lt;/i&gt; studi pada Cabang Bank Kalimantan Selatan yang berada di wilayah Banjarmasin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;   &lt;span&gt;&lt;i&gt;Kata kunci : budaya&lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt; organisasi,&lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt; motivasi, &lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt;kinerja&lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt;.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;   &lt;b&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Abstract&lt;/b&gt;   The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of organizational culture and motivation either simultaneously or partially on frontline employee performance, study at branch of South Kalimantan Bank located in Banjarmasin region. This study was explanatory research. The unit of analysis in this study was the frontline employees at the Branch Office of South Kalimantan Bank in Banjarmasin region, with respondents used were 58 employees by using census sampling technique. Variable measurement used Likert Scale and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS Version 17 software. The results showed that organizational culture and motivation together (simultaneously) have positive and significant effect on frontline employee performance. Partially organizational culture has positive and significant effect on the employee performance, as well as motivational variable effects positively and significantly on frontline employee performance study at branch of South Kalimantan Bank located in Banjarmasin region.   &lt;span&gt;&lt;b&gt;Keywords&lt;/b&gt;: organizational culture, motivation, performance.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;</note>
