14p; tabs; pics; refs. The aim of this research is to confirmed The Influence of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence to employee’s job performance either in partial or simultant. The population of this research was 292 employees from Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM), 75 respondent was taken from this population used propotional random sampling method with Slovin formula. The research used multiple regression analysis with SPSS to analyze the data. The results of research show that intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence have positive significancy to employee job performance.
