World tourism sector reached an important milestone. Based on UNWTO release, December 12, 2012, the number of tourists the world successfully reached one bilion. A total of 53% of the tourists come from European countries. Meanwhile, the Asia-Pacific became the destination of 22% of the world's travelers. Increasing the number of tourists each year reflects the increase in business in the tourism sector. Goods and services and facilities made to make the program successful development of tourism.
This study aimed to determine the effect of promotion to the satisfaction of visitors TMII, to determine the effect of service quality to the satisfaction of visitors TMII, to determine the effect of amenities to the satisfaction of visitors TMII and to determine the effect jointly between Promotion, Quality of Service and facilities to the satisfaction As a visitor to Increase Competitiveness of Tourism.
This research approach is a quantitative approach regression models and correlation. Analysis model used in this research is multiple regression analysis model with three independent variables and the dependent variable. And the population in this study is TMII visitors who visited in February - March 2015. Sample determined Purposively by 100 respondents.
The results showed that the positive effect on the promotion of visitor satisfaction, service quality positive effect on customer satisfaction, positive effect on the amenities of visitor satisfaction and the relationship between the variables promotion, service quality variables and variable facilities together.
