The book is a repertoire of all the developmental instruments, compendium of psychological test, questionnaires, self evaluation test, projective techniques, etc, which have been used by institutions and organizations based in Indonesia, Philippines, Ireland and USA. This compilation would be of immense use in these countries and with adaptation, in cultural surroundings too.
The first part of this book presents direction on how to use the instruments and guidelines for preparing new instruments which are specific to the needs of different groups, organizations, etc. The next part is consisting of introduction to each part with discussion on the relevant theories behind the instruments.
