 <note>This paper is to exploit the knowledge relevant to uncertainties of supply chain management 4.0. Many uncertainties are found, including external uncertainties with complex supply chain network and cyber security problems as well as internal uncertainties such as the matching within organization and the requirements of new skills and qualifications for human resources. The&#13;
strategic solutions are also given, comprising choosing the suppliers having transparent systems; Working closely with business partners and negotiating for the standardized and basic items in the contracts before accelerating the business activities; and Staying competitive by brand identity with excellent services (for internal issues). For external issues, the solution is Collaborating with highly experienced suppliers and using the available platforms to reduce cost.&#13;
