From 18 to 21 August 1998, the asian Productivity Organization organized in Mongolia a Symposium on "Privatization: Experiance of Asian Countries" to exchange, 'inter alia', the lesson learnt from privatization in member countries, and discuss about the effectiveness of other modus operandi such as MOU and restructuring. This volume is a complitaion of papers presented at the symposium.
