Comparison of the results of this study with those of a bank in Canada indicated that employees in Indonesia seem to more positive toward their employer. This may reflect a cultural proclivity to affiliation with the employer that has been noted in earlier research, rather tahn an actual difference in practices or policies. However, there were several findings in women in both cultural shared comparabel attitude patterns that differed from their mail counterparts. This suggest similar cross-cultural gender-related experiences of working women. It also suggest that the strategic importance of equity issues to the success of bank is a global imperative.
