ISO 9000 quality systems auditing

This is practical ‘hands-on’ description of how companies can implement a comprehensive system to meet the requirements of the ISO 9000 enviroment management standard, in addition to the Health and Safety regulations, and other public and product safety and general liability requirements.
The ISO 9000 standard requires an organization to ‘evaluate’ its subcontractors. This can be achieved by conducting second party audit on subcontractors themselves, whereby staff from the organization visit a prospective or current subcontractor in order to examine not only a subcontractor’s Quality System, but also to establish that the subcontractor can satisfy the organization’s requirements.
